VRANCART RECYCLING SRL, owner of the project "Installation of the central production of electricity and thermal energy by cogeneration, respectively combustion boiler and construction of the transformation station", informes the interested public about the decision-making of the framework stage by the Agency for the Protection of the Environment Vrancea, with the assessment of the impact on the environment , without adequate assessment and without assessment of the impact on the water bodies, in the framework of the environmental impact assessment procedure for the project "Installation of the central production of electricity and thermal energy by cogeneration, respectively combustion boiler and construction of the transformation station", proposed to be located in Adjud municipality, Ecaterina Teodoroiu str., no. 17, T66, P436, P436/1, P436/2, Vrancea county.
            1. The draft decision and the reasons behind it can be consulted at the headquarters of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency in Focsani, str. Dinicu Golescu, no. 2, on Mondays - Thursdays, between 8:00-16:30 and Fridays between 9:00-14:00, as well as at the following internet address http://apmvn.anpm.ro.
             The interested public can submit comments/observations on the draft decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency.

The interested public can submit proposals regarding the content of the environmental impact report at the headquarters of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency.
